Ishan does an outstanding job of assessing his clients’ needs, understanding their goals, and tailoring workouts to achieve the desired results.

I’ve been working out with Ishan for over six months now, and my experience has been incredibly positive. I had set weight loss and fitness goals in late 2013 and I had seen some success early in 2014, but knew I needed help to achieve the results I wanted. A friend had recommended Ishan to me, so I contacted him. I was nervous as I had not worked with a trainer before and had been intimidated by the gym, but Ishan was relatable, positive, and motivating.

He has challenged me, encouraged me, and helped me make significant progress toward my goals. I have lost 70 pounds and gained a lot of strength and endurance. I’ve gone from couch potato to working out six days per week and making fitness a lifestyle. Most importantly though, I have gone from being obese, unhappy with myself, and letting my life be dictated by my weight, to being much more happy and confident person, and living my life the way I want to. I couldn’t have done it without Ishan. Halcyon Fitness’s motto is, “Your best life through fitness” and they really practice what they preach and help their clients do the same.
